What is women empowerment?

For me women empowerment is to inspire one another. Because no one can understand us like us. The thing that drives me crazy is that why do we women always keep judging another women and trying to tear them apart. Why do we judge each other? For example, some women wear makeup every single day no matter what, and some refuse to wear it in any situation. Some wear it just when they feel like it, and all of this is okay. Many women feel that makeup is their way of expressing themselves and that it is fun to wear to show their personality through their style like many people do with clothing. Other women feel that it is covering them up, and forcing them to be someone they’re not, which is okay too. But one woman talking behind another woman's back because she wears too much makeup or not enough? It is not okay. Affirmations are the positive statements of the existence that can help to overcome self-sabotaging behavior and negative thoughts. When you start affirming them often and believe in them, you start to make positive changes.  Whats the first thing you do when you get out of the bed in the morning? A new study from IDC Research released recently found that 80% of smartphone users check their phones within 15 minutes of waking up. When you wake up and start checking the notification on your phone it may upset you and spoil your entire day. According to me instead of checking my phone, I would consider other activities that is more aligned with my true needs. For me that would be starting my day with positive affirmations and giving my gratitude for a new day, new strength and new hopes.  I start a new day as a new life with positive attitude and most importantly with a new smile.
