Start Your Day With Positive Affirmations - Pooja SR




Affirmations are the positive statements of the existence that can help to overcome self-sabotaging behavior and negative thoughts. When you start affirming them often and believe in them, you start to make positive changes. 

Whats the first thing you do when you get out of the bed in the morning?

A new study from IDC Research released recently found that 80% of smartphone users check their phones within 15 minutes of waking up.

When you wake up and start checking the notification on your phone it may upset you and spoil your entire day. According to me instead of checking my phone, I would consider other activities that is more aligned with my true needs. For me that would be starting my day with positive affirmations and giving my gratitude for a new day, new strength and new hopes. 

I start a new day as a new life with positive attitude and most importantly with a new smile. Those text and email replies can wait.

According to a 2009 study, the time that is taken to form a habit isn't that clear cut. Researchers from University of College London examined that the average time it takes for a new habit to stick is actually 66 days. The takeaway from this message here is that if you want to develop a new habit, it will take at least  two months. Stick with your routine for longer, and you will end up with a habit you can keep without thinking.

Below are the list of few affirmations that really resonates me every morning. Repeat this powerful affirmations for the next two months and you just might be amazed by what shows up in your life.  I hope they serve you as they do to me.

5. I Vibrate with the Frequency of Success. I easily Accomplish all my Goals.
6. I handle my own life with Joy and Ease.
7. I am Grateful for all that I have all that I am and all that is.
8. I Greet the Morning Sun Knowing that Wonderful Opportunities Lie ahead of Me. 
9. I Welcome New Streams of Income. I Welcome Prosperity In my Life.
10. Today I Create a Wonderful New Day and a Wonderful New Future.
11.Every experience I have is perfect for my growth.
12. I will make Good Choice Today using my INNER WISDOM.
13. Today Wonderful things will Unfold before me.
14. I Believe in Myself with Every Fibre of my Body.
15. Life supports me in every possible way.

Your Words and Thoughts Program the Mind in the same way that Commands and Scripts Program a Computer.
