I Discover Magic through "The Magic"!!

Hey guys I wanted to share how 'The Magic' book by Rhonda Byrne changed my life. Gratitude is one of the most important thing you can have.

Indeed, many studies over the past decade have found that people who consciously count their blessings tend to be happier and less depressed. When you are in gratitude or feeling of gratitude you can't be in another state, so you can't be angry sad or disappointed when you are feeling grateful. Grateful for me is like a seed and you plant a seed in your life which is going to grow as a beautiful tree in shade of foods and it helps you avoid what we call weeds in our life. If we plant sadness, disappointment or anger this are like weeds in our life.

One word changes everything. The book says that, " Whoever has Gratitude will be given more, and he or she will have an abundance. Whoever does not have Gratitude(i.e crib & cry), even what he or she has will be taken from him or her".

In The Magic, Rhonda Byrne reveals life changing knowledge to the world. Then on an incredible 28- days life changing journey. She teaches how to apply this knowledge in your everyday life.

Every morning when I wake up, I start counting my blessings by writing it down in my Gratitude journal.  Millions of people sleep every night but do you guys know that 151,600 people die each day. So when I arise in the morning, I give thanks to the morning light, for a new day and strength. I give thanks for the food and joy of living. The money I had throughout my life, for the shelter because most of the poor people still sleep on roads, my family, my friends, my mentors. I show my gratitude for the sun, the water that I drink, the air that I breathe because without any of them I wouldn't be alive.

My another step was to say "Thank You" to the people who helped me. To the people who serve us at cafe or work or at home, business partners and my mentors. I wasn’t a rude person, just always in a hurry, and now I would make a point of actually pausing to say thanks. Expressing gratitude to others has been shown to do everything from improving friendship to increasing happiness and depressive symptoms.

Practicing Gratitude turned me into a better person. I developed a fundamentally different way of thinking and moving through life, one in which I stopped taking for granted all the tiny good moments that were already part of it. I stopped looking for happiness out there and learned to find it right here. I stopped falling sick, I became more passionate towards my DREAM's. I felt more connected to friends, family, and my business partner's, and even on the toughest days, I managed my stress better.

In the process, I got the biggest opportunity that changed my life and I am happily working on my new venture. I made two international trips within four months which I had never thought even in my Dreams. I attracted such beautiful Mentors in my life who are guiding me to achieve my goals. I met a amazing person in the business 'Kumar Abishek' who was the ex cast producer of big boss, Cocktail movie and Many more. Talking to him I realised my passion towards writing. That's how I started writing blogs.

My advice? Give gratitude a shot.
If you’re skeptical, do it anyway. If your reaction as you’re reading this is, “This is so not for me,” do it as an experiment. Gratitude is a skill and a habit you can cultivate, and just because it doesn’t come naturally, doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you or you won’t be able to feel the benefits that come with nurturing your gratitude habit.

No matter who you are, no matter where you are no matter what your current circumstances are. The Magic is going to change your entire life!

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has read my blog. If you guys liked the blog please let me know in the comments section and also please pass it on to your friends!!
