6 Easy Ways to Control Your Mind

I have tried to explain this point with a bit of science and also with some humor. As I started growing up I realized that some people out there do really well in their career, business, etc, some do not. When asked a few people, why don't you work on your dreams? I always got a list of excuses saying, I am married, I have responsibilities, I don't have money, I do not have courage, wrong perception, some fear for failure and almost 97% of crowd fear to take the risk in life.

A human brain consists of 86 billion neurons which control 63 trillion cells of our body. The mind is the faculty of a human being's reasoning and thoughts. It holds the power of imagination, recognition, and appreciation, and is responsible for processing feelings and emotions, resulting in attitudes and actions.

Let's do a small exercise, read these words Mother, Mom, and Mum. Now close your eyes and visualize whatever comes to your mind. Now when you open your eyes you might have definitely visualized your mother and not your friend or your neighbors' mother. Because that's the mother-child energy line or cord, it holds a special place.

From childhood, our neurons have been using VAK learning style know as (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) It is based on modalities channels by which human expression can take place and is composed of a combination of perception and memory. The function of the mind is to create the coherence between what we believe and the reality that we experience. If you believe that there is a threat, signals of threat released into the blood, prepare the cells for a protectionary response. But the problem is this that maybe there was no real threat, the cells don't know whether it's real or not they only respond to chemicals. They don't see the real environment. -Dr. Bruce Lipton

Now if we believe we are under stress, we manifest stress in our physiology. Even though in the environment which we leave are really not promoting that. So all of sudden we see that our thoughts, whether they are right or wrong are changing our biology. We usually tend to focus on things that are not happening rather than focusing on the things that are working. If you believe there is a financial issue/ there is a relationship issue/ health problem or any other issue. You will eventually attract it.

The mind is very powerful and it reacts to how the cell behaves. For example, try to do this exercise, watch a positive video and after a while, you will be all energetic, saying I am the best ''Tod Dunga fod Dunga'' types and then after a while, something happens a small challenge hits, ''uske baad bas we start thinking that duniya hi khatham hogayi hai.. Hum thanahiyo ki gherayio main kuch aise doob jate hai ki neuron bhi sochne lagta hai life kati patang jaise ho gayi hai. Its not our fault sab neuron kya khel hai๐Ÿคช". Please go through the below seven steps:

1. Autosuggestion and Gratitude:

Whether we realize or not we have been using autosuggestion our whole life. When we wake up early morning we are in the alpha state of mind. It is considered a "relaxed" state of mind that allows you to be more receptive, open, creative, and less critical.  Start your day by giving Gratitude that can help you realize how blessed you are and to sabotage the negative thoughts. Start affirming the goals you want to achieve, now while affirming if you say I am the best and till last night you were all drained/tired and fed up with circumstances. Neuron confuse ho jayega raat tak toa dukhi tha now this person is saying I am the best. Ab neuron phir se bol raha hai gyan pail rahi hai. Its ok tum nahi neuron soch raha hai waise. You will have to confuse your neurons with positive thoughts every day. The easiest way to learn auto suggestion technique is to practice it for 30 days. Whenever you catch yourself in negative self-talk, especially internal dialogue that expresses fear, doubt, or self-loathing, DELETE or ERASE it. Then replace it with more encouraging positive words.

2. Learn from Failures:

The problem with most of us is that when we fail in something we just tend to focus and believe that this is wrong, this shouldn't have happened. Bachpan se conditioning ho rakhi hai fail hona bura hota hai. Wherein, it's a good thing to fail because when we fail we grow, get matured and achieve new understanding and perspectives on life, love, business, money, relationships, and people. So if any challenge knocks you down, please ask yourself the below question:

The second thing you can ask is, ''What is the worst thing that can happen in life?''
And the best part is to Laugh Loud In Your Miserable Situation. It needs to be full of laughter, it will confuse your neurons. Just try this misery plus laughter and you will not look so miserable.

3. Start focusing on Positive things:
For example, You are late for work and you rush towards your bike and you get to know that petrol has got over. In this situation instead of getting irritated and sad. Be positive, catch your breathe and say to yourself that it's OKAY!!! And ask yourself, What would be the worst that could happen in this situation? Meditate, Smile, surround yourself with positive people, Don't play the victim. You create your life, Help someone, and change the tone of your thought from negative to positive.

4. Take Criticism & Rejection as a gift:

We often tend to get upset, if somebody rejects or criticizes us. No matter who you are, when you have a dream and are committed towards achieving it you will have to face critics and experience rejections. You will have people who have the desire to take you from your path. Instead of running or quitting, make the emotionally strong choice to move forward, in spite of perceived setbacks, understanding that sometimes it is only your opinion that matters. In that way, you will receive powerful gifts from the people and situations that don't wish you well, at all. In such situation just laugh and talk it out๐Ÿ˜„ And keep going on.

5. Build your future daily:
Spend 10 minutes daily visualizing your dreams and goals. Set a road map, take small steps daily, think realistically, be patient and don't get afraid to take small risks.

6. Stay away from Yellow journalism:
Stop watching negative news, the constant distraction of our society on us and getting caught up in things that are designed to exploit us and our emotions. If we create some distance from those breaking news alerts and our reflective, save our precious time, we are going to be able to things about bigger and more important things.
